Early morning transfer to Imlil. Meet your mule team and begin climbing to Tizi n'Tamatert (2,279m). Descend into the hidden Imnane valley.
The first big climb. Ascend to Tizi n'Likemt at 3,550m — one of the great crossings of the Toubkal massif. Camp at Azib n'Likemt.
Trek to Tizi n'Ourai (3,109m). The landscape changes dramatically. Descend to Amsouzart in the Tifnoute valley.
Climb toward the day's reward — Lac d'Ifni, a stunning turquoise lake at 2,295m. Camp beside the water.
Climb to Tizi n'Ouanoums at 3,670m. Descend to base camp at 3,207m. Early sleep; tomorrow comes early.
Summit day! The final push to 4,167m — the highest point in North Africa. Descend to Imlil and transfer to Marrakech.
